Before you use primer or paint, you need to prepare the surface by using an appropriate filler for any holes that need filling. However, once the filler is dry it will need to be sealed so that it can be painted over without ruining the overall look of the surface. This multi-purpose filler sealer is a clear liquid that takes up to three hours to dry.
